Fish Out Of Water CDC, Inc. is thrilled to welcome John Hwang and Vivian Ebisike as our newest Youth Engagement Specialists for the Anchors Up! After-School Program.

John Hwang brings experience in school counseling, youth mentorship, and the arts. 

Vivian Ebisike is a nonprofit leader and community advocate with experience leading social justice initiatives and community outreach.
